Making a (pinterest) dream house a reality

I've been pinning to an Architecture & Artifacts Pinterest board for years, and it's up to 16,365 pins!

For me, Pinterest has always been a digital version of flipping through glossy magazines tearing out recipes that sound tasty, articles that seem interesting, or beautiful buildings 🏫🏢, images or artwork, and saving them.

Now I have a SPRUCE UP Board devoted to Flipping Houses, and it includes all the ideas, designs, or colors we may apply to Minty or future flips.

My Architecture & Artifacts board includes gargoyles Bookreading Gargoyle-frog

of all kinds, and eras,

or bits of buildings Oriel Window, Freiburg | Freiburg im Breisgau's Historisches… | Flickrand Infinity

And a wide assortment of "Artifacts"

Cool Tool

After a couple of false positives, I finally found a good online tool (https://provia.renoworks.com) that allows you to "redecorate" the exterior of a building. I uploaded a photo of Minty and started to play around.

Here's my first attempt:

and my second

The only limitation to the tool that I found is that you can only apply existing products or colors.  This means for instance, I couldn't really replicate the natural wood strips I wanted to try by the front door.
